V-tec has 1.600 cc 125 ps and vti has 1600 124 ps they have about same powers but civic needs just a little less fuel than corolla and corolla has some kind of manifacturing problems novadays but it is not so much important becouse the company is calling the owners of the corollas to repair them... Both of these cars has the Japanese thrustworthy quality. I think it depends on people's choice... Civic or Corolla both of them are great...
