  • how much did each battery weigh?

  • @DanFrederiksen - each battery was about 65 pounds.

  • no motor no radiator,,what u gunna do for heat???

  • awesome thank you!

  • What brand are those chargers and where can I buy them for my project?

  • @steemy2 - These chargers ended up not working for me. I eventually ended up with a pair of "Pro Sport 20 +". I bought them locally from ACME Battery here in Hamilton, but they are available almost anywhere. They are marine style chargers that do 3 batteries each and work even with the 6 batteries in series. Ken.

  • Great work Ken!

almost there and I understand your confusion ,, hahaha

no worries mate you'll get the car on the road no matter what it takes ,,

  • These videos make it look easy, because you don't show yourself doing the work.

  • If I did that, nobody would try it ;>)

Seriously, it's not as bad as it looks. The worst part by far was removing and disposing of all of the ICE parts - what a pain. If nothing else, I have learned that the standard internal combustion powered vehicle is a very complicated and parts-heavy beast. There is a lot of "stuff" that makes a gasoline engine run, and still they are incredibly inefficient. Ken.
