  • @chamirose I would wait until week 2 and then just have a slice and see how you do. It's a very healthy bread, but I have found out that peeps eat the whole loaf. not recommended. lol

  • I wonder if that would go nice & some blueberries in it, for a blueberry muffin? Hmm sounds good tho.

  • Hi. Can you make this with coconut flour instead? Thank you for the video..

  • thanks- Ill have to try this

  • Hi Carol, thanks for taking time out to pass on these great recipes.

Any idea how many calories are in a batch of the bread?

I am off to the store. :-)

  • @bmoscato2 I only counted calories and made sure I was a min of 1500 and that 45-55% of that was protein.

  • Thank you Carol for the yummy recipe! I just made it per your instructions and it was DELICIOUS!!! Keep those recipes comin'...You look great, by the way! Thanks for all your recipes, tips, and tricks to help us stay on track. It is so appreciated!!!

  • You are so amazing Carol. I just love your little tips, that go a LONG way for me. I JUST used your poached egg trick for lunch at the office today. It was so handy.

  • The whole idea of being on HCG is to stop unhealthy habits like microwaving food. Microwave destroys most of any good qualities in foods. It amazes me how people continue their bad habits after going thru p2.

  • I made it and my only question is baking powder has cornstarch in it. Are you finding it effecting you at all?

  • @singingsarahjo no, I have no issues at all and haven't heard anyone who has.

  • Thanks Carol, great video and recipe. Have you ever tried this in the oven before, and, just to be sure, flaxseed meal has no starch? Am starting P3 in 2 weeks and am preparing.

  • Hi Carol. Great recipe. Will be starting P3 in 2 weeks. Have you ever tried this in the oven, and, just to make sure, flaxseed has no starch at all? Thanks for a great video

  • @heartsoul5 never done in the oven. Flax seed is a go for P3. Enjoy

  • Carol, I'm having this for breakfast tomorrow! Thanks so much for sharing. You look great! How much weight did you lose?

  • @MyBambi77 Thank you, I lost 30 pounds doing 2 rounds.

  • That looks delicious! I'll be making that when the day comes that I'm in P3.

  • Can't wait to try this on P3! Thanks for your vlogs, I really enjoy them!!

  • Looks YUMMY!! I am a bread LOVER, so will be faving this one !! Thanks!! :)

  • mmmm sounds yummy! Favoriting this one!!

  • Looks good, but since my body doesnt like flax seed (wont share the details) I threw mine out...boohoo.

  • Thanks for sharing seester! Love the necklace.. :) Ok.. back to my cabbage.. bleh! lol

  • oooooh! That looks and sounds so good! Thanks for sharing it with us all! I just started P3 and having been looking for some good recipes. :)

  • For me 1st day back on VLCD /HCG so immediately copied and printed out the recipe for the future...I know I will LOVE it. But didn't watch the vlog =)Avoiding any food triggers ;) Thanks Carol!!!!

  • I love this recipe... I've used it and variations of it for a long time on Atkins and other low carb diets. My favorite variation is with shredded Parmesan cheese and a dash of garlic nd onion powder instead of the stevia and cinnamon. It's kind of like a cheesy biscuit! Yum!
