@chamirose I would wait until week 2 and then just have a slice and see how you do. It's a very healthy bread, but I have found out that peeps eat the whole loaf. not recommended. lol
Thank you Carol for the yummy recipe! I just made it per your instructions and it was DELICIOUS!!! Keep those recipes comin'...You look great, by the way! Thanks for all your recipes, tips, and tricks to help us stay on track. It is so appreciated!!!
You are so amazing Carol. I just love your little tips, that go a LONG way for me. I JUST used your poached egg trick for lunch at the office today. It was so handy.
The whole idea of being on HCG is to stop unhealthy habits like microwaving food. Microwave destroys most of any good qualities in foods. It amazes me how people continue their bad habits after going thru p2.
Thanks Carol, great video and recipe. Have you ever tried this in the oven before, and, just to be sure, flaxseed meal has no starch? Am starting P3 in 2 weeks and am preparing.
Hi Carol. Great recipe. Will be starting P3 in 2 weeks. Have you ever tried this in the oven, and, just to make sure, flaxseed has no starch at all? Thanks for a great video
For me 1st day back on VLCD /HCG so immediately copied and printed out the recipe for the future...I know I will LOVE it. But didn't watch the vlog =)Avoiding any food triggers ;) Thanks Carol!!!!
I love this recipe... I've used it and variations of it for a long time on Atkins and other low carb diets. My favorite variation is with shredded Parmesan cheese and a dash of garlic nd onion powder instead of the stevia and cinnamon. It's kind of like a cheesy biscuit! Yum!

Hi Carol, thanks for taking time out to pass on these great recipes.
Any idea how many calories are in a batch of the bread?
I am off to the store. :-)

@bmoscato2 I only counted calories and made sure I was a min of 1500 and that 45-55% of that was protein.

I made it and my only question is baking powder has cornstarch in it. Are you finding it effecting you at all?
