How do you install the maximum entity mod, i'v tried many times to fix the entity restrictions but I could never be able to fix. I downloaded the mod before and replaced the data_win folder with it but it doesn't work!
Jesus Flashpoint Dragon Rising is just so kick ass. Maybe the perfect balance between military simulators and brainless COD/MW series games.
Or what do you guys think? Red River is nearly total bull, found Dragon Rising after it was released. ARMA to me is too clumsy, too buggy, and not enough of a fun experience.
templar help please, is there a way to remove shadows, grass, and the post processing effects? my game would run smoother and i would entirely appreciate it.
can someone help me? Im playing Island war and I have the problem that after some time all friendly forces just disappear from the whole island......there is only a lot of enemies and my fireteam which now has only 2 members because the dead members wont respawn either......I control many locations so there is a place where the us forces can respawn
Arma is moddable but they will never have the firefights that DR has. The firefights are so much more intense it is crazy. After playing this Arma seems docile at nest and boring at times. i like em both but when me n a couple buddies wanna slug out a tough mission we select DR
That bird noise is infuriating. Is the bird sitting on your shoulder? A gun trained bird that sings for you while you fight. You have to find a way to stop those ambient sounds when the lead starts flying.
I believe I have found a solution to this in the entitydatabase! There are references to ambient sound entries in the main sound bank. hopefully removing them will remove the sounds. (Ive always hated ambient sounds like that, birds and booms should be placable sounds, like generators and sirens)
hey man i like them both they are both AWSOME but arma 2 is moddable thats the diffrence. I can get a vietnam mod or WW2 one with arma 2 i can only get a better AI in Dragon Rising though red river i think will be awsome cuz CM have learnt from their mistakes
You know, I love dragon rising, the sad bit is I have it for Console, and do not have the PC rig to run it well. Really wish CodeMasters had lived up to even a third of what they said. Or atleast put you on their paid staff.

I prefer the ARMA games because they are more like the Original OFP, but your mods are making me come back to DR. Keep up the good work!
