Second reason, automated service (emily). 3rd, demarcation policy, 4th technicians who don't show up/ignorant customers who don't stick around for appointment times. and finally, Scams by Bell itself AKA the satellite late charges scam, incoming text charges, throttling internet speeds, diagnostic maintenance charges etc... hopefully the teachers will clean this hell hole up.
