I think because Julian wrote all the songs from the beginning... it must have been awfully hard for them to make a record together, equally contributing to it and still keep the Strokes sound. I mean, look at Albert. This is bloody brilliant, but it's so, so different. If they had done it from the start, they would have created a completely different sound, but we'd have never gotten Is This It. It's so confusing!!!!

Second, he acted very arrogant and put some people off at the restaurant because of that. That is a perfectly valid reason to lose some respect for someone, famous or not.
