The lyrics aren't quite right dear. There is no Johnny Cocheroo, for one. That would be "John the Conqueror root" ;-) And Kansas dude. Kansas stew & cocheroo make no sense in context either. lol I guess if you don't know what he's talking about ... being the "hoochie coochie man" you miss the lyrics too.
