@yesanna2001 Hey! I know im not GardenOfImagination But I know the answer to your question. The clay she uses is Polymer Clay, which is an oven bake clay. And I normally think she uses FIMO the most then Sculpey III. Yes Polymer Clay is safe to bake. Just make sure you don't burn it because the fumes are bad to breathe in. I think number 3 says where do you put it but idk. You can put it anywhere you want. Decoration, Charm, Give it Away, Use it for deco den, Sell it. Endless Possibilities
I was planning on making tea out using basically the same technique with the TLS. Could I add yellow acrylic paint and mix into the TLS to make a more ''yellow'' tea? Would this mess up the liquid look I'm going for?
This is great, I made soup out of polymer clay which was just a bad square-ish bowl, with a thin yellow "snake" and some orangish chicken colored clay with some lines in it, then some glaze to make it soupy. Her favorite food is soup, which I gave her and she loved, but then I made her this.. and she loved it like I'm pretty sure even more!! so thanks so much!
@3cbff If you don't have a garlic press, you can just roll the clay out in to a snake shape. Make it as thin as you want the noodles to be and then just cut the snake how ever long you want the noodles. That's what I do
Would it work to use these techniques only make them bigger? I have american girl dolls and make clay food for them but they are bigger then little dolls
Yes. Just don't bake it too long. Though if the bowl is pre-baked then you can just cover the "soup" with a glaze and it will harden just fine. You don't really have to bake the soup if you don't want to... unless it's for a little kid.
I was always wondering .... the little dishes you use to put the food on sometimes, do they do ok in the oven? like the bead you used for the soup bowl. I have never put anything else in the oven besides whatever I use to bake things on. :-P so i am quite new to this!
you should teach us how to make an oreo cookie or sometype of dessert!!! i love this video and all the others. you are my favorite polyclay artist thank you so much!!!!
This would work beautifully for a stew also, add some onions, and a little brown color to the sculpey mix pour and even add a top layer of cut out clay for a crust like an English Wellington! Wow, great job!

Unless it's plastic, it should be fine in the oven. The temp is so low glass, metal, and wood does just fine.

i just can go out and by green clay for a little half..no point
AlmightyBungholio9 2 years ago
Well yes, but acrylic paint WILL bubble in the oven. Do you have any green chalk? That would work.
