@tirex512 Yeah. You can find him in any of the locations you caught the other horses, though if you complete the game you get him too. In my case, I caught him where I found War (west of Pleasance House).

best strategy against tough undead animals(recommended to be used with this challenge): Requirements: Holy Water, Torch, and Infinite Ammo Cheat(enter Abundance is everywhere)(optional): Use a holy water bomb on the creature and hit it with the torch til' it's nice and dead. Since the torch was the killing blow on the creature, it will count.

Wolves are easy to find...

Cougars were around nekoti rock along with bears.

I had the horse of war which didn't die once.

Bears are easiest, just sit there on ya' horse (of war, horse of death may just kill it and you'll have to find another) and hit it. Wolves do the same sort of thing, but they're a little harder. Cougars, you got to run around ages looking for one, then you normally find 2 there, so you gotta shoot one, chase the other one round with a torch.. :P

@bdassmofo1 theyre mainly at bearclaw camp, sometimes though and it took me ages to but you have to ride away from the area and back in for them to spawn, its just a wierd thing about the game, i think reloading the gamesave sometimes works too, just make sure u save first

@Tigkotsu999 the Famine horse is nearly invincible. What I did was attack while on the Famine horse. I never was knocked down once. That is what I meant as easier to kill.

@kathryn0200 All of the apocalyptic horses have a lot of health, but they can still die (like falling from a mountain or a direct shot to the head). The only exception is Pestilence, who can't die at all, which makes him the best fit for the challenge. Famine gets an honorable mention for being the fastest of the four.

You could just use the pestilence-(apocalypse horse) to kill the cougars,wolves and bears and just save yourselves the trouble of almost getting killed since the pestilence is almost invincible just swing at them with the torch while your mounted on it.

@ProjectShiftz yea, i finally killed them, the cougars were the hardest. you're walking then next thing you know you're almost dead laying on the ground, best solution is to get on your horse or run in a building because they are fast as hell xD got killed like 3 times trying to kill a cougar with a torch, finally got all of them and now i have the unicorn :D but yea the cougars piss me off, it's not fair cause sometimes when they attack you, when you're down they claw you again until you die.

@anthillify press the back button on your controller to go into your inventory, then somewhere on the first it i think near the bottom it''ll show you these things (i think theyre called bloodpacts or something, honestly cant remember), but basicly you press that and your default horse will become whichever one you pick.

@anthillify Also, if one of your 4 horses die, you have to wait til the end of the game to be able to summon it, once it dies during the story line you can't get it back.

@soldaatjhu As far as i know of it should be fine, i havent done it that way before but ne of my mates (on the normal RDR) done the challenge to kill a bear with a knife and he did it by shooting it till low health and finished with knife. id be suprised if it couldnt be done in this case
