yes, the song choices are all terrible, and this barely is a film - Basically it's just one interview fragmented by boring, incoherently shot segments of shoots. But the interview is pretty good. There's a much better doc on him, 'lagerfield confidential,' which I recommend w/o reservation

Karl Lagerfeld was a lil chunky in the 1990's. He has lost about 30-40 pounds since then.

According to Wikipedia, he lost 92 pounds. I admire the effort, his intent was to wear better looking clothing (he is a fashion designer after all). I think he looked younger before the weight loss, now there is so much loose skin. It's lesson to us all to loose weight while young before you reach you 60's or 70's.
