It is only known that both WW/PH/ST derived from OoT/MM and that TMC is a prequel to FS.

WW happens after the Hero of Time left Hyrule, Ganondorf somehow came back and, since Link went away, the Gods decided to drown him in the Great Sea, where the Hero of Winds arose. The new Link and Zeldas descendant Tetra, left Great Sea and wound up in the Ocean King's realm, where Bellum caught Tetra. After Link rescued her, they found a new land and created a new Hyrule, featured in Spirit Tracks.

@flameman3966 Sadly, no. Spirit Tracks takes about 100 years after Phantom Hourglass. So he dies by then, but I don't know how LInk and his mates are alive. But you'll get to see LInebeck's grave and his grandson. :D

Also, not all Links are connected by blood. As noted by Jabun, WW/PH Link doesn't share the same blood as OoT/MM Link, since he left Hyrule and never came back.

@ultim8billy Nintendo has officially stated that there is a timeline for the series, and that it splits into two branches at the end of Ocarina of Time. Wind Waker and Phantom Hourglass are in one branch, and Twilight Princess is in another. We haven't been told much beyond this. Also, Spirit Tracks takes place about a century after Phantom Hourglass; the "Hyrule" in this game is a new place that was named after the old, sunken Hyrule.
