What Media Matters is saying is that very little of the MSM's coverage was about the actual policies of the stimulus bill, instead denouncing it as socialism on the right or a fix-all jobs bill on the left. Its neither. "Wasteful" spending helps the economy--WWII was funded with deficit spending, not tax cuts; it didn't matter if we would have took all those warships and sunk them in the ocean, the net effect is the same. Our own Representatives didn't even know what was in the bill! Obama did not make it available to the public, did not give it a 5 day waiting period, and only gave the house and senate 48 hours to review all 1,100 pages.

I believe the main stream media is biased, but there was no accurate information to report about this bill.

stop and think about how many services we have socialized right now. we have k-12 education, police, fire fighters, public libraries, roads, airports and air traffic control, military defense and offense.
