There were some thoughts on it, such as the Arrows forming an H or The crossed eye's creating an H. And in the Greatest Hits there is the I in either Hits, or Blink. Then now I noticed there are quite a few J's in the album artwork for Neighborhood but, there is that J with the shine effect around it. So I'm feeling as if that is the little Subliminal Alphabet of the new album.
