Good movie. I just saw it on saturday. The only thing I was disappointed about was what they did about Deadpool. Deadpool was never Weapon 11. He did get Wolverine's ability to heal and as far as I remember from the comics is he doesn't get the alias: "Deadpool" from the colonel.

He can heal... they'll have to do a real patch job with the spinoff movie... but I think it can be done. And from what Ryan Reynolds has been saying about it, it should be pretty accurate. Reynolds loves the character and is getting almost complete creative control over him for the movie... which is great. I'm excited for it!!

If your talking about the scene after the credits, I undestand that there are multiple clips. I did see the one with dead pool and another with Wolverine having a drink. I watched the movie twice to make sure I wasn't being to hard on it. It sucked!
Yeah, I think one of the reasons why Cyclops was put into the movie was not because of his connection with Wolverine(though he does attribute to the final scenes a bit, especially involving Weapon 11), but because he's very important to the Deadpool story. Cyclop's son, Cable, is the "best adversary" of Deadpool(with a lot of the Deadpool comics being called "Cable and Deadpool".)

Good movie. I just saw it on saturday. The only thing I was disappointed about was what they did about Deadpool. Deadpool was never Weapon 11. He did get Wolverine's ability to heal and as far as I remember from the comics is he doesn't get the alias: "Deadpool" from the colonel.

He can heal... they'll have to do a real patch job with the spinoff movie... but I think it can be done. And from what Ryan Reynolds has been saying about it, it should be pretty accurate. Reynolds loves the character and is getting almost complete creative control over him for the movie... which is great. I'm excited for it!!

Actually his real brother was sired by his real father, not by the gardener, logan. He himself possessed smaller bone claws, and once mature, the ability to take on a ghost like form and phase through solid matter, much like Shadowcat in the later comics.

he is dead, he dies at the end of the movie, he doesn't absorb powers they alter his dna and give him his powers and it scars him, plus they sow his mouth shut because he always has something smart assy to say. but in the end wolverine kills him with sabretooths help... he doesn't ever become the good deadpool... sorry, they ruined it.

If your talking about the scene after the credits, I undestand that there are multiple clips. I did see the one with dead pool and another with Wolverine having a drink. I watched the movie twice to make sure I wasn't being to hard on it. It sucked!

Yeah, I think one of the reasons why Cyclops was put into the movie was not because of his connection with Wolverine(though he does attribute to the final scenes a bit, especially involving Weapon 11), but because he's very important to the Deadpool story. Cyclop's son, Cable, is the "best adversary" of Deadpool(with a lot of the Deadpool comics being called "Cable and Deadpool".)
I'd really like to see a Cable and Deadpool movie, it'd be frikin awesomeXD.

SPOILERS:
They focused a lot on the fight scenes and action scenes, the plot is a bit messed up. Like wolverine..he grew to fast. one little moment we see him with the bone claws as a kid and then we see him go to to all the wars. Or when they implemented the adamantium in his bones..one second stryker creates an indestructible wolverine the next second he wants to kill him.
