@yeosujjang Wood is a terrible insulator. Remember that. And, you should be worried about the arc traveling to your heart, not from you to the ground, therefore wooden chairs do nothing to help you.

There is connected a fuse on second wire. You should replace fuse to other copper wire.(aluminium foil.. etc)
Secondary high voltage coil's one output is connected magnetic core. So you should connect a wire on magnetic core. and try again.
Two of secondary wires are output low voltage.

isolated do you say the arc can jump across the air and then in you the human bodys resistance is 0,30 ohm and you get 3rd degree burns.
