hurr durr Duke Nukem Forever looks fucking stupid, overly violent, has excessive swearing, unnecessary nudity and is filled with toilet humour.

Have you ever played Duke Nukem before? What the fuck did you expect? If they made it serious, without nudity, violence, swearing, lame jokes then people (everyone?) who played the original would be pissed off - maybe it's just me. Also, the graphics don't look that horrible.

This game is a sad relic being shamelessly remade for the sole purpose of banking on gamer recognition for a quick $60.

With a development time of OVER 12 years, the trailer shows mediocre gameplay, mediocre graphics, and almost no innovation on the Duke Nukem formula. The humor may still be there, but if you're just buying the game for toilet humor and strip clubs, you might as well pick up a used copy of GTA 4.

I'd rather just leave well enough alone and remember Duke like he was on MS-DOS.

@drizzt4418 Gearbox picked the game up recently, so they may have rushed certain things. The original Duke Nukem was all about women, massive amount of enemies, extra features like using a toilet, and the small commentary from Duke himself.

Mediocre gameplay - Agree'd

Mediocre graphics - Disagree, the textures look nice.

Duke nukem Formula - Disagree, it expands well.

Gearbox wouldn't disapoint, from their old porting days to their new games. I have to say they've done good for themselves.

Looks like fun! Graphics could use just a little more fine tuning though. Other than that, it looks great. Despite all of this, and after so many years, I highly doubt it(or any other game in existance)is going to live up to all the hype. Just hope the reviews don't bash it too much...

Gearbox seems to be pressing towards the older games style. The visuals have a Bionic Commando rearmed look, which I like. Gearbox looks like they'll be all in with this game, and for a good reason explained in the actual video. The story was, actually refreshing, with Dukes usual wit.

I'm going to get the PC version, as a dedication towards the original and atomic pack.
