but the thing is that they have well over one hundred thousand miles on them.i wouldnt have a problem paying 12 grand for the max if it had between 60-80 thousand miles...but over one hundred thousand miles is too much for me lol

Where are you looking? You should be able to pick up even a low mileage 6 speed 5.5 gen for $10k or less.
