like GOOGLE CHROME, WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER and all MICROSOFT OFFICE...

if u can see the 3 in the window...MINIMIZE,RESTORE DOWN, and CLOSE...

have double MINIMIZE,RESTORE DOWN, and CLOSE...

u see the effect of TRUE TRANSPARENCY...when u run it....then right click....

then choose the RUN AT STARTUP...then u restart ur pc....

then open the GOOGLE CHROME, WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER and all MICROSOFT OFFICE...then u see the effect of TRUE TRANSPARENCY....
