No, we will not be lol. have you read the book Halo The Fall of Reach? The new game takes place in this setting. There are very few elites and they only encounter about 2 or 3 throught the whole thing, and dont be like "HALO WARZZ had them" because the Halo Wars timeline was FALSE.

You have to take in consideration that this is the game and nowhere did it say it wouldnt have elites in the game. The game is more broader then the book so im pretty sure there are gonna be elites. You cant say Halo wars timeline is false because Halo itself is false and no where did it say what happened inbetween the halo wars time period in the books. So technically in the Halo Universe the halo Wars timeline was TRUE.
