  • You have not a clue what you are doing.

You are not a mechanic, your not educated.

    Do you Drink?

  • Ummm...

well its true I'm no mechanic but I am getting a 4 mpg increase with my booster. How about you?

As for education, I have more than the average person; and I do not drink.

    Thanks for the comment

    BYE

  • @7979celebrity You seem to be more educated, if so where is your work, where are your projects on HHO, AllmostHydrogen at least tries and seems to succeed, i'm no mechanic and/or engineer but that won't stop me to make a cell, and that never stopped me to fix my car on my own.

  • Try injecting about 6" before injector.

Buy a F-16 Pulse King on ebay and see the difference.

  • I am blocking you from my channel cause your not honestly engaging in discussion; all your doing is spamming vids on youtube.

    Bye

  • i hear the difference too!!! sexy setup sir... hho users unite!!! love it, love it, love it!!! great work!

  • i love this video thank for all of your work I have two question were did you get the new plates and how did you cut them i had a hard enough time cutting the thin SS sheets also look like you sealed the top what did you use for the refill adapter

  • I got my plates off of ebay and the sizes worked so I didnt have to cut anything. just search for stainless steel plates on ebay - lots of results, but be careful not to get 302 or 304 plates (they suck).

fill port is a 1/2" threaded adapter with threaded cap - got it from lowes or home depot.

    I hope this helps

  • Oh yea, here's is the Ebay item number:

    330262534936

  • Yea, I'm building my first cell too. I seen a cell on Ebay and the builder said he had been building them for a company a while and his cell had the terminals under water.... said that would keep them from overheating..... hmmmmm.

  • yea I just finished a new pvc lid using jb weld and might invert my setup so the terminals are submerged - depends if I have continued heat problems.

    we'll see.

    :)

  • BTW I found out that my cell needed "re-done" so it will be a while till I can get this thing in my vehicle again.

I also started working graveyard shifts at a new job, so if I dont comment or post vids, you know its cause I am pretty busy.

  • Steve, does your truck have a tachometer, so you can see how fast the engine is running? If so, can you tell us how much the RPM drops when you pinch the hose?

Also, you could do another experiment. Drive the truck around with the system off, then go home, keep the engine running, and disconnect the hose between the cell and bubbler. Then turn on the power, and see if the engine speed changes, and how much it changes compared to when you pinched the hose.

  • sorry no tach - its a rinky dinky 4 cylinder ford ranger.

    ;(

  • Ok, but you could still do a video of what happens when you power up the system (with the battery fully charged). Might be interesting for us folks who are looking to find out if this hho stuff really works. Which I think includes you.

  • Actually the only real way to see if it works is to look at the mileage test results (before and after).

Unfortunately I started a new job (graveyard shifts) its pretty hectic AND I have to rebuild my cell. I had some loose connections, order some parts, etc.

I will keep doing vids, but they will not be as frequent as before.

  • Yes, the only way to know if there's a mileage change is to test the mileage. The problem is separating any effects of the system, from other variables, so you know for sure what is causing any change in mileage.

From your demonstration of how very little effect the gas from the cell has on idle speed, I would think that the real mileage effect from the system would be far less than the experimental error in your mileage test.

  • Very little?, You would be suprised how far very little goes, Combustion of hydrogen is 30:1, the increase at idle from hydroxy production only, confirms combustion improvement, hydroxy is assisting the fuel to burn, more fuel will still be assisted,Hydroxy flashburns the chamber, he will get a milage increase, thats for sure, i do.

  • yes little change in idle, but the O2 sensor/s kicks in too. Its said when HHO is introduced into the vehicle its O2 sensor compensates for the oxygen & dumps more gas into the ICE.

I'm going to put in the cell w/out an efie & see if there is any change; if not, then I will add O2 extenders & then an efie. That way I can see what the effects are (good or bad).

Mileage error, I can only do the #s & multiple mpg tests. My b4 tests show 19.3 mpg average so we'll see.

    Again its all about testing.

  • I'd suggest you do the o2 and eife stuff and see what effect it has without the hho running.

I only say that because I cannot understand how adding 2H2 and O2 and burning them will affect the O2 sensor reading. Doesn't make sense.

  • I was thinking about that too so I asked my mechanic & he said using an efie/O2 stuff actually leans out the fuel/air mixture. If it runs too long like that, its bad for the engine & can cause damage. He agrees that if you do run an efie you must inject some type of fuel to compensate for the change. BTW he isnt for or against hho - just telling what does what.

I still have a lot to learn, but perhaps you can ask smartscarecrow or zerofossilfuel about this - they're pretty smart on this stuff.

  • All the stuff I've read on the internet about this specific subject leads me to believe that the guys who mess with the O2 sensor don't understand basic laws of chemistry.

  • Its possible, but the proof is in the pudding (MPG increase).

Again you gotta do real life tests to see what really works. That is something I am going to do, so I can see for myself.

    ;)

  • its been 3 days!!!!! im hungry for some updates! :-D

  • Cool, but please explain how you have this hooked up electrically. Does the cell turn on when you start up the engine?

  • no, I kept it simple and have a separate switch hooked on my dash.

  • This has been an interesting series of videos, but I wish you would provide some test results. How does it influence your MPG.

  • Me too

    ;)

I am still working out the kinks with my cell - for instance I had to rebuild it cause I had loose connections & almost had a meltdown.

When do the driving tests you can be sure I will post the results. Note I will start w/out an efie or pwm, so its possible I might not see an improvement at first - if so then I will add efie, pwm, etc and test again.

    Its a slow process sometimes.

  • I am curious what you used for your straps on the Smackbooster. The 2 that connect it to the lid and the bottom connecting strap. Thanks.

  • I just used some SS from an old drywall mud tray - pretty good stuff.

  • Nice job! We missed ya last night in Huntsville HHO world.

  • yea had some work stuff to do.

  • Yikes. Watching the terminals melt the top cap was not good. Do you think the neoprene lined washers will solve this problem? I was only going to put the neoprene washer on the outside, but after seeing your video I think I will put it on both sides. Thanks for your videos & experimentations. take care.

  • Thanks web, I think the tightening of the terminals, tooldip , more lock washers, etc should fix this problem. I imagine neoprene washers could hurt either.

  • Excellent demo.

  • Thank you sir.

  • 38th P!!! very good band..to bad they are no longer together

  • LOL yep you got the hho bug man ,just cant quit with it ..Good to see ya havent given up

  • What you thought was a moister trap is a muffler. It guiets engine intake with baffles. Good to see you keep on truckin. Love the vids. Good job

  • OOOHHHH I see, thanks for the insight.

  • Hi Rad & Ky,

Let me see if I have this right...

So put the HHO intake between the air temp sensor & the throttle body (the thing that mixes the air & gas before it goes to the engine)?

  • Right, just go another inch past that AIT sensor towards that hose clamp, that way if your HHO is at a higher temp the sensor will never know.

  • Cool beans & thanks for the tip.

    :D

  • I think your going to be too far back from the mouth of your throttle body to get the most out of your HHO. I'd take your intake tube off and drill a hole at a 45deg angle about 1/2 way between your AIT sensor and the thottle body. I would want to avoid diffusion.

  • my thoughts as well. If your concerned about water getting in just make a water trap like they use on air compressors.

  • From one HHO addict to another ... glad to see you got it going again. :) Keep it cool!
