Flooding in Charlotte,NC

Thats where one of my family members live, thankfully he is on a second floor so is stuff is ok

Is that the Delane apartments? We lived there last time it flooded. We had flood insurance so we were okay, but we lost a lot of stuff - including my husband's car, which was almost totally sumberged. We drove my car up on the hill behind the parking lot.

We were near the laundry room on the Cavalier side and were the closest to the creek, so yeah...

Anyway - if you live there, good luck. Hope you had flood insurance - although it looked like you were on the second floor.
