  • Like someone mentioned, 100g for koi is small. You need more like a pond with a few thousand gallons.

  • Looks like this was filmed with a cornhole.

  • Was this filmed with a potato?

  • cool check out mine comment rate and sub

  • i didnt know there were tanks bigger than 75 gallons

  • wait is the koi living in the yellow submarine

  • Koi can be in Aquariums... you just need to reconize when they have outgrown the tank and than upgrade. Nice looking fish.

  • Great fish, the song went perfectly.

  • in 100 gallons you can't have even one of them , those fishes are POND fishes exclusive ... at least 250 galons each

  • Koi require at least 300 gallons of tank space per matured adult fish. I own a rare and exotic fish store and also sell Koi ranked at no less than 23 pts on the 5-5-5-5-5 scale. I must say though you have some nice specimens.

  • Wow, you really have too many fish in that tank. Koi are pond fish, not tiny ass tank fish.

  • very nice but they shouldn't be in a tank in my opinion

  • nice tank dude, koi dont have to be outside either lol looks like they are happy and healthy with lots of filtration although i dont see the difference in a big filter to a pond filter, do they not do the same thing? looks like you know what you are doing keep it up =D

  • love the fish great choice of songs too keep adding them

  • Get a 500 +gallon or ull murder ur fish!!! IDIOT

  • Extremely small, overcrowded tank. Horrible, inhumane conditions for fish that large. Convicts have more room in prison cells.

  • @gvilleduck some cells are as big as this tank

  • for the first half i was like when are the d#$% fish gonna come!!!!!!! great vid. ive always wanted to have koi theyre so beautiful

  • how many koi are in there?

  • the camera sucks. lol

  • i love the music the beatles are awsome

  • i love koi fish lol i had one but had to let it go cause it got to big

  • Why do u zoom in like that. its anoying

  • To get a better detail picture! duuuh!

  • look whos talking, you apparently don't know how SOME cameras work. i used to have one and no matter how Far or CLose you got,..... it was blurry regardless. its not worth calling me a dumb prick. sorry. have a wonderful day ^.- smiles and winks.

  • Ur joking that tank isn't big enough your going to kill them there ment for large lakes not tiny fish tanks

  • Koi shouldn't be a in a tank that small. They need way, WAY more water / fish than that.

  • hey how do koi like there tanks?? ex:planted becuse i get got my first koi ever and would not mind a few tips thx 4 the help! LOVE your koi they look good!would this be a big enoth tank 4 1koi and a gold fish?how much was it?

  • ent that small Lol

  • i have a pond in my back yard with about 50 koi fish they are about from 5-18inches big and i have a 1500gallon pond

  • nice but isnt it a bit too small for 50 koi fish especially with the average of like 11 inch koi fishes...?

  • wow wow thts one huge fish man

  • i have a litle 3 in buterfly koi in my 50 gal tank but i got a pond in my back yard to move him in to and when i first went to buy him i walked to the koi tank and every koi scatered to the botom except him he just went on with his life and he nibles your fingers and hes not afraid on anything :)

  • the music alone will kill them lmao

  • actually is there a breed of koi that can go in a 10 gallon

  • Koi is a pond fish. Minimum you need for a happy healthy Koi is 500g for a full grown adult. 1000g is needed if you plan on having show koi.

  • really? f**k...what if its small and growing?

    please say 10 is ok...

  • i was told 1000g was the minimum for koi

  • A koi is a pond fish

  • there are fish tanks as big as some ponds

  • you should record this once more with a better quality camera, cant really see the beauty of the tank

  • These Koi look very nice. Of course they will need to be moved to a big pond someday, but for now they are fine. That's a nice big tank with good filtration and I would assume frequent water changes with a gravel vacuum siphon.

  • Lmao. You have probably never had a fish.

  • he will never have to put those koi in a pond unless u bought them big

    koi grow to their environment

  • I thought koi needed a pond

  • poor koi :(

    such a small tank!!! omg

  • too funny with the song, it made me laugh, thanks....i have a white Koi i'm looking to sell...do you have any idea how much one costs that is about 21" long???

  • With scales they are about $40 at that size. With out scales... any where from $300 to $3,000.

  • "One famous scarlet koi, named "Hanako" (c. 1751 July 7, 1977)"

    form the article. "KOI" wikipedia.

thats 226 years old. i guess it did happen.

  • lols the song goes so good with the vid, like when he said "and their friends" the other kois came out :D

  • aww thts so mean. u shud build em a pond. they will grow with a stunted spin. and thy dnt like living at room temp eather bad 4 there motabalizum.

  • they are going to get much bigger!

  • Too small. Minimum is 200 gallons PER FISH, so you shouldn't have any koi in there. I really suggest you join a koi forum on the web and learn proper care. If you don't do something, eventually all your fish will get diseased, stunted growth, and die.

  • soooooooooooooooooooooo as long as u have good filterson and air the fish are fine 2oo gallions means with no filterson its the same with tropical fish such as oscers it says 55 gallion per oscer but with filterson it is what the filter can cope with

  • Koi get huge, they should only be in an aquarium as grow out or temporary

  • Actually 200 gallons is the BARE minimum with optimal filtration (300+ gallons of filtration) koi are coldwater fish, that's nothing like tropical fish.

500 gallons per koi is better, 1000+ per koi is BEST. These fish will most likely die prematurely.

They may already be sick too, what you can't see kills.

  • toooooo small - the tank!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Koi don't belong in a tank. Get a book about Koi. A fish that can live past 100yrs doesn't deserve such a cramped existence.

  • HA! my ass one 100 years!you stupid hippy! thats a fine set up the oldest fish was a gold fish that lived up to 45 years a koi in a good pond well only live up to 65 years. hes will die at 18 years get over it! 18 is lucking as hell for a fish!

  • Oh and like Orcaluver said, it's not even about prolonging the life, he has too many fish per gallon which will lead to a lot of problems (e.g. water quality and disease problems). You probably don't even own any fish if you can't even figure that out. Koi and goldfish are notoriously dirty fish to keep... even in ponds!

  • Also look up Hanako the Koi. She lived to 226 yrs old. 35-65 is average life, but they live much longer in colder climates. Get a clue.

  • You are killing those fish. Each koi needs at least 250 gallons and at least 3 feet deep of water. Most experts recommend at least 4 feet deep.

  • how many gallons is ur tank???

  • its 100g

  • @iLLaPiNo83 the koi needs to be in a 400+ gallon pond

  • yeah well they are babies now but not forever

  • sweet vid, but they really should be in a big pond with plenty of filtration (what is carp an anagram of?)

  • whats the anagram of carp?

  • crap, man. they produce crap - hence the need for much filtration. from the clarity of the water in your tank it looks well filterd. I designed a filtration system for my pond (check out my videos) but the costing stopped me putting it in. i decided to get an extension on the house instead.

  • @iLLaPiNo83 2 years after you posted that coment, i will answer :L the anagram of carp is crap ;)

  • Thats a platinum ogon koi, beautiful!

how much did your tank cost btw?

  • Thnx... It was about $180 for the whole thing.

  • @iLLaPiNo83 shoot i spent 300 on my 30 gallon lol and i already had the tank the stand sucks up the money maybe a two thirds thirds of the cost was the stand

  • Full grown koi need at least 1,000 gallons.

  • Yes, they are WAY overcrowded.

  • hey well i got the 55 gallon tank with three small baby koi they love it so haha to you

  • lol funny music, i prefer Hey Jude, or Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band

  • Koi don't need a heater as they are a hardy fish. They have no problems over wintering in ponds that freeze over. There just needs to be air exchange in a pond.

  • im pretty sure they're cold water fish but dnt quote me on it :)

  • do koi need heaters if so what temperature

  • koi's doesnt really need heaters in aquariums

  • no they are cold-blooded

  • nice koi! i love mine i only have 2 ( pebbles and angel ya i name my fish lol ) right now they're in a ten gallon but pretty soon they'll get their own 100 gallon them and the darn allgie eater who doesn't do it's job! lol

  • a full grown koi should have 500 gallons haha

  • im buying a 50 gallon tank at petco i raised 200 $ it took a long time seeing that im only 11 years old

  • its a little bit too smal you need to get them some better food they wil grow faster with hikari pond its only 14bucks to get 2kg

  • someday i hope my tank looks like yours, with my koi being huge

  • move then to a bigger thank!!

  • that tank looks a little too small!!!!

  • Hes right,you need a bigger tank.

    Bigger tank=Bigger happier koi fish..

  • 8D Hooray! Koi AND Beatles! Hey, is it me or do koi seem to have cheerful characters? :D

  • hey is bamboo good for goldfishes to besides bettas and koi ??

  • what? if u mean lucky bamboo then yeah its fine to put it in there. the bamboo actually stays more healthier if put in a pond with fish and a tank with fish! any questions ask me!

  • i have koi in a fish tank,i used to have 6 now theres only 3 left, one of them turned out to be a serial killer chasing and "headbutting" the smaller ones ;/

  • same here i dont know what

happened my fish is so fat stays at the bottom and its got a bruise on its head some one help????????????

  • haha good music! :)

  • i have a koi pond with sand at the bottom and alot of bamboo plants. hwo do i breed my koi?

  • hey nice vid i have a 20 gallon tank with 2 4cm koi in it they are babies of course what should i feed them and how long will it take for them to grow help needed thanks

  • feed them hikari pond koi fish

  • what plants is this? they don t eat them? can you telle me the name of the plants?

  • Its plastic plants. they always try to dig them up.

  • yea,i have a koi fish tank, and they love to dig up the plastic plants.but i love my fish like they were my babies, lol.i would never sell them,or get rid of 'em.

  • OLD SCHOOL!!!

  • cool and thats like the best old school song!! :|

  • i love the colored gravel and the bubbles with the music! what a fun video to watch.

    -wendy

  • My compliments with the beautiful koi's they are in perfect shape. How old are the biggest one?

  • what do u feed them and how much do they cost? and why do they stay near the bottom of the tank thanks

  • I feed them hikari koi pellets mid size. They stayed near the bottom of the tank because they were just recently put in that tank. They're getting used to the new environment.

  • Your koi are beautiful! How big is that tank and how old are your koi?

    Great video!!

  • Thanks! Its a 90gallon tank and the koi's are i think 4-5 yrs old. theyre not that big cause before they stayed in a smaller tank. hopefully they grow alot bigger now.

  • hahahaha cool! :)
