i used cam studio when it was free for a month, i found a program now called my screen recorder, its free but has a water mark on the bottom telling you its a trial version, doesn't bother my tho as the water mark is only where the inventory should be

It's been ages since I've played this, so thanks for uploading it to Youtube ^^. As for the fireplace scene, and other scenes like it, I guess it's supposed to create suspense, even though nothing happens lol.  I think in some of the scenes that seem pointless, something eerie might happen (i.e. a shadow), depending on a particular point of the game.

Whenever *I* have bad dreams about coiled serpents with heads like oil sheiks, it always makes me feel much better knowing there's a fruity man laying at my side with a vow to protect me rolling around underneath his flowing mane of wolf fur.

He's the kind of guy I'd expect to see printed on a blanket that's being sold on the side of the road (next to other blankets featuring Betty Boop, Scarface, and really proud looking lions/tigers).

I honestly believe that the "painted" style of games like KQ6 or the cartoony style like in KQ7 work much, much better for adventure games than this photorealistic crap. For some reason by trying to be photorealistic the game just ends up looking worse. PQ4 had the same problem.

That said, I look forward to this LP. Never played this game myself. :-)

I think the painted style works better myself, the problem I have with Phantasmagoria in terms of looks is that the backgrounds aren't really that well done in terms of 3D, like they're off scale compared to the actors depending on the angle or for instance later Andrienne unlatched a gate that doesn't have a latch on it...
