Yeah sure, all you need to do is hold crouch while you're in the air and then shoot your rocket at the point you're going to hit the ground just before you do. The timing/aim is very precise so it'll take some practice but when you get the hang of it you can chain them together and end up going extremely fast, weeeeeeeeee! :D
At 1:29 do you actually hit the ground first or is that just from a rocket? Whenever i try this, i always stop dead
