I worked as a police officer for ten years. On a criminal report you have a box for RRES crime. It stands for Race, Religious, Ethnic, Sexual orientation crime. Hate crimes. We were specifically told by detectives (I worked patrol), that if a victim is black, and the perpetrator white, you had to fill in that box. If the perpetrator was black and victim white, The suspect could be shouting "Die you honky, cracker, peckerwood" and it could not be racially motivated. Bit of a double standard.

I grew up around blacks and Mexicans and I've had friends of both races...and I can say with absolute 100% certainty that Anthony is right. Experience with other races made me, and MANY others, a "racist". They hate us so you get to the point that you start hating them right back.
