When I found out the next pope wasn't Tutu, I couldn't believe the rage that came over me, and the sinking feeling like all of your hope draining out of your feet and into the ground. Just seeing this was absolutely mind-changing. Loved it.

Although it will be great if Archbishop Tutu was the Pope he can't be, he is part of the Anglican Church not the Catholic Church. The head of the Anglican Church is the Queen of England and the head of the Catholic Church is the Pope.

The Archbishop Of Canterbury is the most senior clergyman in the Church Of England, but second most senior authourity after the Queen, who acts as the head of the Church of England. The Church of England itself is the head church of the main Anglican Communion.
