I mean put either of these guys in a ring with anyone, even people way heavier, and they would demolish them. This was before every fighter learned BJJ, which puts these guys at a massive advantage. Tight video. Kill all that "gay" stuff. These are body weight exercises and drills. Lifting weights is nice, but learning how to move your own body and someone else is all that would make the difference in competition and a real life situation. Real life martial arts is not a video game.

this was the reason jiu jitsu was invented maybe not entirely on the fact that "so many fights go to the ground" but it is mainly a style that counters the stand up martial arts... I believe it is safe to say that a blue belt could easily take on a kung fu black belt and win. You could be right about the marketing but jiu jitsu is still a revolutionary ary.

I work at a night club and i noticed the first thing a guy does when another guy is wining in the stand up exchange is grab his shirt or jacket or grab him or fall and grab the guys legs.
