I am happy to disagree with the post of madguitar5 this is actually a very good video. I use FrameForge 3 and it is a very good program and this was a good storyboard. Pixelation was a bit much.

As for the dissolves I can only offer 3 reasons: 1 artistic representation, 2 tweening is very time consuming, and 3 someone forgot to uncheck that box during the tweening process. But it was still good as far as I am concerned the video was easy to visualize which is the purpose of the storyboard.
