I love how these assholes are talking about utilizing the 3 branches of government now, but when Bush was in office they just handed over all the power to him with the Patriot Act...now the are claiming the opposite.

well, maybe it is run well.
If by well he means run efficient according to its intended goal, which is to detain people without evidence and toture people to create evidence.
Since its purpose is not to hold people for court cases, for any of us who detest the repubs purpose for it, it is run poorly.
