Not a step. :) They broke the hold (on purpose) in the middle of the routine from 2:04 - 2:14 . The rules of a Quickstep are that you can't break a hold in the middle of the routine: only at the beginning and end.

They would have had perfect 10's - all the judges took a point off for the hold break. I look at Week 9 as being Shawns perfect 60 week - b/c this was a technically a 30 and Len is a goofball to think the Paso wasn't exciting...it should have been a 30 as well. ;)

to hell with the rules!! this dance rocks!! judges know this looked better because they weren't just running around the floor in hold, this was very animated and fun routine and audience loved it.

I loved how he said what's up baby. That was pretty intimate, just the tone in his voice. The way he shielded her from the camera when she was upset and called her babe. I think the girlfriend must be about gone.
