Sonic games dont need a storyline, they need SPEED. They could make a sonic game where Eggman holds the world hostage in exchange for a fuckin oreo cookie and if that game had speed, great controls, and collecting 50 rings with a hop, homing attack and a blinding light (super sonic), it would be an epic sonic game

and also, whoever takes the oreo cookie thing seriously is an idiot but it helps prove my point. If Sonic 4 turns out to be good, maybe sega should work on a 3D SA3

Why does everyone hate the Werehog? He's awesome and the best gimmick in the series. Having a hundred (exaggerated) combo move is a lot more fun than shooting guns (fun as well, but not as fun) or the team gameplay (which was fun too).

Yeah. It makes it more fun and less repetitive. I mean, the Day is a lot of fun, but repetitive and for those who have a hard time handling the speed (PS3/360), it would be frustrating and nerve-wrecking. The Night gives you a break from that with some relaxing music and fun combat (beat the crap out of some enemies is so much fun. Particularly, the bees and wizards).

I have NOTHING bad to say about Sonic Unleashed... all the Werehog and Chip haters should just cool down. Chip is somewhat of a comic relief and I found him pretty cute to boost. Werehog has a nice battlesystem that can become deeper than a puddle if you just want to take the time with it and the nighttime levels are nicley done platformers. many say this has no place in a Sonic game but this way we get some variation to the gameplay. the day time stages are still alot better but still...

it's only called Unleashed in western countries... in Japan it's called Sonic's World adventure or something like that, well, when I said nothing bad about the game I meant the actual gameplay and the characters at large... individuall dialog lines, I don't care much about. maybe you're right, maybe not... all in all, I enjoyed this game alot, it brought together the best from the oldschool Sonic with the best from SA and SA2 which made an awsome game.

I think that was the 360, the Wii version by many is considered surperior but MANY critics didn't review it cause most people go for the 360 version.

If you read the Wii version's review, the score was 7.1/10. I can say that I completely agree with that score.

I haven't played the Xbox 360 version (I definitely can't play the PS3 version since I don't have a PS3), so I can't say whether it's good or bad.
