The problem is this, the kid didnt get life, and in got 10 years probation, he could have turned his life around but instead held up a dominos delivery with a handgun and is now serving 10-30 years in prison. The boys name is Lionel Tate. Look it up on wikipedia. I looked it up and now I dont know if it was an accident anymore, they said that 6 year old girl had injuries of someone who fell from a 3 story building. he was 12 at the time.

I know of a case where a young Asian dude shot and killed an Asian teenage girl in front of a group of his friends and a group of hers and got off with a few years.
