in the living room on ps3 is more confortable then sit on a chair in pc room ,

pc version u: get much more online clothes e.g suits, army camoflage outfits, face bandanas etc, u can play with 32 players online, not 16, pc version comes with its own video editer and clip capture mode, you can upload ur own songs to the radio station: Independance fm, you can download mods e.g car spawner: spawn any vehicle in the game, any color, and anywhere u want or player select: change ur character to any random character/ped in the game. 360 vers. sux
