All this video (albeit eloquently) says to me is that words are imprecise, which i knew already. The rest reaks of paranoid delusion about systems that have developed organically over time. Of course they are fallible because they were created by human beings. how about suggesting realistic alternatives?
To stand as a sovereign, you had have to stand as "one of the people" ( - a free man, and a flesh & blood human being spirit).
The sovereignty exists "within the people", i.e. in each one of the people.
Be careful not to assume that a "citizen" (a subject) is "one of the people" (a sovereign and a free man) at law. The two are very different; - the "citizen" is a legislated role and office that you voluntary stand in, and when you do you become subject to the created "positive law".
Also, the word "citizen" indicates a created (legislated) role and office of some Body (such as the United States, United Kingdom, Canada or whereever), so when you are claiming to be a "citizen of XYZ" you are claiming to under and subject to the jurisdiction of XYZ - i.e. its created Statutes, Acts, Codes, Rules, Regulations (collectively known as its "positive law").
As a "citizen" is a subject, the term "sovereign citizen" is clearly a clever misdirection.
