I think this is a cute video and love the dessert! This is one that I could pass off for friends! Are you going to come out with a special raw food type diet for kids. I would love to have my kids on a mostly raw diet (when the time comes) but didn't know how it could be done in a healthy manner. Thanks!

Karen, I love that you teach us to introduce children in the kitchen, that is a way to create them good eating habits, you are a great example. Both of you look so lovely :) When I have my own kids I'm gonna make them complety raw good eaters to be as healthy as Luke :) Excellent mom and coacher !

I was surprised how much fruit he used. Most kids in the US would have did the opposite. Almost all ice cream, with a few pieces of fruit on top. If that. He's adorable. =)

Luke is vegetarian and eats a large amount of raw as part of that. He has never been ill a day in his life : )

It's Booja Booja which is UK-only as far as I know : ) You can get raw ice-cream by mail order in US from Alissa Cohen's restaurant Grezzo in Boston.

Don't know if it's raw or not, but just discovered Luna and Larry's Coconut Bliss "Ice Cream" in 4 flavors and it is particularly heavenly :)  Made with Coconut milk.
