Cuba does have a better live birth rate than the U.S. and moore wasn't saying cuba had a great health care system, he was just pointing out how ridiculous ours is. I mean seriously are you pro life? Why don't you protest the fact that babies which should live are killed every day by our shitty health care system. We lag behind every civilized country in live birth rates, what does that tell you? Poor people in this country get shit for preventative medicine, then everyone pays.

@sissyfist Cuba doesn't have a better live birth rate than the U.S. Look at the critera that the U.S. uses to define a live birth and then look at Cuba. And that goes for almost all other countries as well. And you should go find some documentaries or pictures of real Cuban hospitals and not the one they show western film makers. It is pretty bad.
