I created something similar to this, but it was much more clean, fast and full of features.
Too bad it got fckn rejected -.-
It was called Trinity OS. I plan on releasing it in Cydia soon :)

no,in fact maybe you understand that its not the windows logo and its wind.os and instead of say energy star it say emergency.i have the app on all 3 of my iphone 3gs`s

Yes. It is available in the USA. But you must be at least 17 to download it from iTunes.
