@mizofan 50 word for snow is a songbook of 7 cinematic stories: ambient, landscapes, sparse, very seductive. comparisons are always difficult to make... just checkout the snippets on the official kate bush website. each song is story in itself. for me: this is a truly amazing and exceptional album. btw: npr streams the audio... so you can prelisten all tracks

Hallalulia !!! Can this be true? Never in the history of the world has Kate released Two albums in 1 year. Although Directors cut was good it couldn't help but disappoint because of the six year gap. But this! this is just FANTASTIC!!!. It'd gonna be good , its gonna be great!!!!

@RideHanna lol, I was born the year Wuthering Heights came out. My mother absolutely adored her and tells me that when I was delivered my first words were "All yours, Babooshka" (which was obviously not true because that song didn't see the light of day until 1980) ha ha:-)

Just wanted to add that Kate released her very first two albums in the same year - The Kick Inside and Lionheart - she found it exhausting and vowed to never again (great for us that she has - I guess the difference this time is it is on her own label, and she has more control, and her previous album was a set or reinterpretations, rather than originals as such). Roll on November 21st!!

@SurfinPenquin another differtnece being in 1978 when the Kick inside and Lionheart came out- Kate was new to it all- the sings were likely written, recoreded, produced and released all in that year- with 50 words for snow and even directors cut, Kate has probably been working on them for the last few years- going at her pace- I was not keen on Directors Cut- but I am thilled beyond measure for this new album!!

@antstorm Hi: I quess you are right. I was hoping to find a way to make an "audio" teaser, but I couldn't think of anything. Like I did with my first ever teaser. Someone then suggested I'd better use Why Should I Love You, and that is what made me make the second teaser =^.^=..... so if you have a suggestion: please feel free.... perhaps it might inspire me. I do think Moments of Pleasure might be in the mood of 50 Words For Snow though... she was making Snow and Director at the same time.
