This is a great case study for community teachers LIKE ME. I'm a graduate student working on Religious Tolerance and Atheism. Holy Crap! Am I trying to change people's religion? I am actually trying to help people to understand that everyone deserves to be valued for their beliefs and treated equally. If a student is pissed off like the lady in this show, then the teacher needs to evaluate what happened. A strong reaction in any direction needs investigation.Teachers must be self reflective.

The Defendant Debbie Bryant is a very attractive woman, and thick in all of the right places. But her mentality is part of the problem that Black people suffer from. Instead of being upset by the use of the term "nigga", Black people need to put it out in the fore front, and explain the history of the terminology. Young people will always use the term, when they are not taught its history. You can't change or control a term, that has such negative conotations.

Not seen this show before. Not sure I like it. It almost looks like a bunch of actors following a script. I'm assuming it's not... hehe. Even the judge looks like an actor that is playing a part. Irish last names are very common among African Americans who are not Irish because the Irish worked on the underground rail road and also worked with them in the fields after slavery was abolished. Contrary to popular bellief the Irish did not own slaves, in fact they were slaves. (Also many African Americans have the last names of the Amish because they worked on the railroad too.)
