You just saved me a week of work. I have been using Photoshop for... oh my, 13 years, but not in a 9-5 professional setting. I knew about actions and batch processing... but I never used them. I'm a control freak. I didn't want to use a shortcut and ultimately create 2x the work for myself if something went wrong.
After watching this extremely well done and simple tutorial, I'm going to attempt to batch process 3000+ images I shot in a 100 car Autocross 2 weekends ago; FAST!!
question; when i tried this each photo replaced the one prior, so after batch processing 760 photos, i had only one photo, the last one. what do i need to change so each photo is saved and doesnt replace the one prior
Not sure if you still need to know, but that happens "IF" you rename it during the "Save As". So the trick is, do not rename it during your recording of the batch and you they won't get replaced.
Thank you so much! I recentely I had a lesson for this since we were making stop motion with pictures and this helped alot and the teacher was a fool to explain it properly lol
I have never tried working with the actions and batch process...
This video made my work a billion times easier.
I was to change background of a video and there were 4063 frames exported...changing each ones background would have killed me literally.
Thank you a million tons for this super quick process...
My photoshop is doing the task while I am easily surfing the internet...
Super cool Mr.
A high five to you and a hats off too...
