NOW I KNOW WHO THE OBSERVERS ARE. Remeber the episode where the girl was possessed by the Navy dude and he was sick from radiation poisioning. What if the same radiation gave the observers the ability to see all of time happening at once, what if the observers where on that submarine. and if your worried about timeline issues, the observers seem to have no Limitations when it comes to Time.

@noimbringingsexyback well I would go as far as to say that Nina is a little more to peter than they let on, they always talk about how close they were but that is never said exactly how close. we already know that peter is from the other side but since your comment was written before the episode came out then you get a pass. and the observers are well look at my comment at the top.
