  • I second that all I've ever done is hit them with PB Blaster and I can easily pull them off by hand.

  • Know what's easy? PB Blaster.

  • spent two hours getting hangers off with a screw driver last night. expletives flying. broke the screw driver. I knew there had to be a better way.

  • @strassenversion Wait till you use this tool it will be one of your favorite tools in your tool box.

  • I think your trim panel remover can do the same thing. LMAO.

  • Excellent video, thank you!

  • When it's cold out, and you need to put 'em on just boil them a bit.

To remove I've been known to buy new ones and sawzall the old...

  • @RandallFlaggNY Were going to start calling you money bags......lol

  • @oshanRube Yu'r Welcome...

  • SON OF A........! I just had to go through hell two days ago trying to remove those suckers from my Honda civic. I could have used this tip. Great vid as always.

  • cooooooooooooooooooool

  • Right tool makes it so much easier :)

  • That's great, I've killed so much time fighting with those dang hangers that I've made a habit of just cutting and replacing them. That tool would pay for it's self in just a few uses.

  • I'm definitely going to buy this tool, save me a lot of frustration, and time. Great video.

  • @jamiedodd1991 A little tip:I sprayed silicon spray on the pin part of the pliers so i could pull it out of the rubber easier and it helped.

  • LISLE OWNS !!! MUCH RESPECT TO MADE IN USA TOOLS, IF WE LOSE THESE COMPANIES WEVE COMPLETELY LOST OUR COUNTRY, thanx richpin and BUY AMERICAN !!!

  • @therockkkkher I second your sentiment

  • Wow, that tool is sweet! Much better than the CD for removing a crank handle.

  • @happy543210 your to funny

  • Great tip! As always, great video!! Thanks for showing us how...

Just bought a couple of Lisle tools for rear brake drum R&R on my 1998 Toyota Sienna. Good quality American (!) made tools. I recommend them, too.

Did you make a video on the exhaust tube R&R you were working in this video? Would love to see it...

  • @rlewis1946 I did make one on the flex pipe install.

  • So do they make a tool to put the SOB back on?

  • @videoeer FYI: By 787B on Amazon "...What they don't tell you is this too is also useful for *installing* the hangers. Just flip it around and put the "nose" on the back of the hanger hook and let the "fingers" pull the hanger onto the hook. In both cases, it helps to squirt a little WD-40 or equivalent into the rubber donut first. For uninstalling I just insert a small Phillips head screwdriver into the rubber donut to give me enough room to get the WD-40 nozzle into it. Works great..."

  • @videoeer A little silicone spray on the rubber and she will slip right on.
