  • @dumbasscracker Northampton Development Center

  • Was great to see these units in action - Thnx

  • Nice! Why's the middle one smoking so much?

  • The fools did scrap the S-6 #101, and the Baldwin-Alco "HYBRID" #51 (it was not an S-6 truly, Baldwin VO - frame, trucks, cab) To clarify, the Hybrid was actually re-built by ALCOS' shops in Schenectady N.Y., in fact it is pictured in several publications demonstrating ALCOS abilities at re-powering platforms (mainly switchers) and installing their reliable, very efficient 251B series 6 cylinder. I owned and operated those 2 units for 11 years, less the RS3m #99. Ed

  • Sweet! The 2 S6s have been scrapped.

  • Nice sight seeing all 3 together, I miss the S6's...

  • What do they just run these diesels around for fun? Looks like a big model train set.

  • No, they were doing some line maint. before i was filming and he put on a priv. show for me.

  • has the rs3 been fitted with an emd engine?

2 exhausts and emd noise or am I hallucinating?...again!
