    Yes, this is around the area near Showa dori. I think it is called Nagahori park,

    which is near Nagahori elementary school and Icyu community center.

    It's great you remember "Joyo bank" and "Joyful Yamashin".:) I am so glad.

    I do hope your nice memories in Ibaraki will last for a long long time.
