  • i feel the pain being a vikings fan as well...... great teams but never could win the big game.

  • Jim Kelly would have Peyton Manning type numbers playing today. He ran the hurry up beautifully. And he had a better arm than Peyton

  • @kmike1976

Go Bills... I think your right now you cant even touch receivers

  • You know it's bad when even Vikings fans feel bad for you. 4 straight superbowls and no victory? At least the 4 we lost were spread out. Go Bills!

  • buffalo will never get another team like that, I had stars in almost every position and its pillars Turman thomas, bruce smith, andre reed, jim kelly dimensions with only a few managed to reach nadi to 4 Super Bowls in a row and maintain the dominiocomo that marked the Buffalo Bills in the AFC almost 10years, this alone may ratify what people are fond of bills and that we have followed since that time greetings

  • Just imagine if all Super Bowls were reversed. Bills become the greatest dynasty. Patriots end Super Bowl choke streak with a perfect season.l

  • 8:11-8:17 He was really BOUNCED

  • Just making it to 4 Super Bowls makes these guys Champions! Champions of a dynasty!!! Philly made it to 4 straight NFC Championship games and won only 1!! Then lost to New England!!

  • The fact that they made it to 4 Super Bowls in a row is astounding. Yet losing all of them just killed it.

  • LOL BILLS SUCK! THEY WENT TO 4 SUPERBOWLS IN A ROW AND LOST ALL 4

  • @PatriotsForLife27 They don't suck if they went to four superbowls

  • If you're from Buffalo it's almost in your blood to be a fan.

  • I'm a Pats fan but I have love for the Bills. I was at the Bills-Eagles game last week and had a blast. The Ralph is a great stadium, with a great atmosphere thanks to the Bills passionate fans.

I was at the Pats-Bills game in '08 when there were 60 mph winds. Part of the roof on the practice facility was torn off. That was an experience i'll never forget. Also, both times i was at the Ralph a fan ran on the field. The guy at the Eagles game made it about 70 yards.

  • Great upload! Thank you.

  • Does ANYBODY know the name of the song at 4:19?

  • I think it's a crime that Andre Reed is not in the Hall of Fame.

  • @job1785 he will be....only a matter of time.

  • @job1785 so true. Andre is one of the best wide recievers ever !!

  • @job1785 He'll get there eventually. He's just cursed playing during the modern era and all the great receivers and gaudy numbers from the increased passing game. Cris Carter will be first though.

  • I love how they show the team being built in the video's beginning parts

  • Super Bowl concept is a huge joke. One game deciding a championship? You should at least have a home and away game, calculate the net points and THEN play the Super Bowl at fucking Utah or wherever. THEN you could have some fairness in it.

  • HAVE A FEELING 2011 COULD BE OUR YEAR, I CAN FEEL IT IN THE AIR.

  • @13stevejohnson True, A Championship Series in the NFL would be great. But i think NFL front office is worried about injuries. It's tough enough to keep a team healthy thru the season as it is.

  • HAVE A FEELING 2011 COULD BE OUR YEAR, I CAN FEEL IT IN THE AIR.

  • I love marv Levt's voice

  • this was the one SB they should have won but sadly they didnt and became a joke and today its even worse cause nobody even cares about them now

  • mad respect for the Bills, if you ask me, in a way ,going to 4 straight super bowls is better than winning just one, cause most teams that win one never make it back with the same roster

  • As a Patriots fan I remember the days when the Bills dominated the AFC East and the NFL. I can imagine going to 4 consecutive superbowls and losing them all god damn.

  • Even though they lost four in a row, I give them a lot of credit. It was still a big accomplishment.

  • thanks a lot for posting this.

  • I DONT CARE WHOS YOURE FAVORITE TEAM .... THERES A SPOT FOR THE 90S BILLS!

  • PACKERS IS MY TEAM , BUT THE BILLS WAS HISTORIC EVEN THO THEY DIDNT WIN THE BIG GAME BUT DAM 4 TIMES GOING TO SUPER BOWL IN A ROW IS HARD TO DO .. 4 TIME AFC CHAMPS!

  • The Giants opened up the season 10-0 and would have beat the bills in the regular season if Simms didn't go down. They only lost 16-13 . Frank reich was a far better back up then Hoss. I respect the Bills I never thought the giants would beat the bills they had a high powered offense, and a very underrated defense. The Giants out coached and out played the Bills. I think the Bills were over confidence for this game. Hostler was joke, Belliciks game plan and 40 minutes time of possession

  • Who the hell is Bruce Davis

  • probably one of the saddest stories in sports, that bills team not winning at least 1 superbowl.... they sure were great though...

  • i get chills watching this

  • Even without a superbowl these Bills were a great team. Im a Cowboys fan, but also have mad respect for Buffalo.

  • The best shot that the Bills had at becoming Super Bowl Champions, where they clearly had the better team. And they simply blew it and it wasn't just one kick either. But several plays leading up to the kick.

  • This bills team did win plenty of super bowls...tecmo super bowls that is. they probably won more tecmo super bowls than any other team on my nintendo. they are absolutely incredible in tecmo super bowl. i don't know who this jim kelly guy is that everyone is talking about. however, QB BILLS was a legend.

  • @crispyasspubes man, I remember watching Jim kelly play as a kid and this guy would humiliate defenses, one of the greatest quarterbacks and a lot of fun to watch

  • @crispyasspubes haha just played a season on tecmoo super bowl with the Bills and won it all.

  • @theone2225 Well done good sir. I hope Thurman Thomas didn't get injured too many times during your season. I also hope you had many "user sacks" with Bruce Smith. Aside from Penicillin, Tecmo Super Bowl was the greatest invention of The 20th Century.

  • I gotta say the vikings missing ring series have to be the most sad and most deserving of all.

  • @PolarBearPunch thats true and i am a pats fan lol

  • this os deff the best america's game

  • sux Marv Levy didnt win a superbowl

  • The 1990 Buffalo Bills were the best out of their four teams that lost the Super Bowl. The Giants had a good team, but they got lucky with that miss. The 1991 Redskins and the 1992 and 1993 Cowboys were just better than the Bills the other years, but the 1990 Bills were legit.

  • Ill tell you what the bills have to do, they have to bring those awsome blue uniforms back. i love em

  • What's the music at 4:20? I've been searching for it for years, but have never found a name.

  • Don't worry Bills fans, your team isn't as cursed as my Vikings. lol

  • For the record Marv Levy is one of the best coaches on the planet. Got to meet him once...one of the greatest PEOPLE on the planet as well. Class act individual with a hard work ethic, and great intelligence.

  • Love the Bills! Always have ALWAYS will. I am a Billiever and no team in any sport can rival my fanhood for them.

  • You'd think that four second place finishes would equal on first place, but sadly, it doesn't.

  • What's the name of the song that starts at 4:17?

  • by far one o the best TEAMS to ever set foot on the field

  • But as a FOREVER Bills fan, this team was great. They never won, but also never gave up, I loved this team then, and I do now, a tear welled up when I saw WIDE RIGHT again, sigh. But still I think they deserve to being reconized as one of the greatest teams ever assembled.

  • The fact that many failed to mention is that they were outcoached. The coaches left it up to the players to do so much. This aproach worked on the weaker AFC, but not against NFC in which the Bills had less of an "on-paper" advantage. These are my points... 1. numerous punting on fourth and short in the biggest game in the world. 2. A vanilla defensive scheme (notice that they constantly ranked at or near the bottom during the SB runs) 3. Not running the ball enough against the Giants

  • 4. Bills actually seemed scared to be in the SB. 5. The offense required spectacular plays. If you watch film of the Bills during those years, it was players making spectacular play after spectacular play. I question the design of many of those plays. For instance, there was little play action (which is a main way to open passing lanes). Kelly just sat there and had to make great throws. In other words, there was little "play setup" Against better NFC players, that didn't work so well.

  • They had alot of long tough roads to these superbowl games and they overcame them. If Buffalo wouldve won just 1 of those superbowls that city would have gone insane

  • How I miss this team!!!! They were the most amazing team in the 90's.

  • @unclebobpart2 you mean besides the teams that actually won superbowls in the 90's?

  • The Bills of the 90's will be more rember for loseing 4 in a row. Sad, but true.

  • This is "The Missing Rings" installment that is hardest to watch. Man, I still feel for those fans and Buffalo teams. Their greatness will be forgotten in time since they didn't win the "Big One".

  • I get teary every time i watch the Missing Rings........Its soo sad Y did they make these F**** videos?

  • I truly believe that the vast majority of NFL fans have a small love for the Buffalo Bills. I always catch myself rooting for them despite having absolutely no affiliation with them or the city of Buffalo whatsoever.

  • @94jg i like the bills about as much as i like a rusted razor blade sliding across my dry balls

  • @welsman13 been a Bills fan all my life... can't take all the disappointment and frustration so I hate the Bills now this season was the last straw. fuck the Bills go Steelers

  • @thenoonster1991 i hear you man. not a bills fan but my rams have been an embarrassment since 2002. had a couple playoff years but god damn the coaching hires, and front office decisions just become too much after awhile.

  • @thenoonster1991

    Your a bandwagon fag

  • @Goldandsilverfish no I'm die hard I love the bills who am I kidding. They just know how to really piss me off. I tried to move on from them but I just can't they're my team and always will be. Lookin forward to the draft

  • @thenoonster1991

Cool... who you like for the draft?

  • @Goldandsilverfish Courtney Upshaw

  • 08:13 that had to kill

  • Where is the special on the 1990 New York Giants? These Bills were SO arrogant...especially Jim Kelly and Bruce Smith. If they had had any humility at all, they would have beaten the Giants in the 1990 Super Bowl -- Belichick's defense was designed to dare Buffalo to run the ball, yet Thurman Thomas got fewer than 20 carries.

  • @drwood04 there is a special on the 1990 giants. go to hulu.com. it's there.

  • @canoli56

    Thanks so much!

  • WHERE ELSE WOULD RATHER BE THAN RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW?!

  • Instead of remembering them as losing 4 straight SBs I give them their respect and remember them as a team who won 4 straight AFC Championships and who came one kick from being World Champs.

  • What is the suspense music in part 1.

  • its just amazes me ...either way you look at it: this team went to 4 straight superbowls! :-D However they lost 4 straight superbowls :-(. I am not a Bills fan but you just gotta respect that team because going to the playoffs itself is tough for many teams.

  • I live in Toronto and am named Bill. From a small age I decided I was better and never rooted for them. Became a Seahawk fan instead...lol. 4-0 in Superbowl bets...felt dirty taking beer...lol.

  • I don t care what anyone says, 4 straight has to rank the Bills in any all-time top teams!!

  • This Series was made because of the bills and Vikings 0-8 combine record at the superbowl.

  • I'm a Cowboys fan, but it even hurts me to see what the Bills went through. Would love to have seen them win at least one ring...just not against my 'Boys! ;-)

It's easy to rag on the early-90s squad, but four straight Super Bowl appearances is still one hell of an accomplishment, and probably impossible with all the parity nowadays...

  • I agree that there are many amazing stories of teams that couldn't win the big one, but I think the two teams that hold the most amazing sparkle are the Bills and Vikings. Two franchises who had several amazing years, yet they consistently came up short. However, as this shows, we must always remember that the journey is what makes a great team. One game can't make anyone. Resilience and a commitment to greatness is what makes a team great, and Marv Levy's Buffalo Bills showed that everyday!

  • game of inches man, this was the one they should of won........ you usually dont remember the losers but when u go 4 straight times, thats awesome, im not a Bills fan but they were the AFC's best in the 90's no doubt, they just ran into better Cowboys teams and the redskins beat them kinda bad.... they def should of beat the giants though

  • @gogettajay69 Shoulda, woulda, coulda. It's a 60 minute game man. If you can't put it away, it's not that you lost the game, but rather that the other team put themselves in a position to win, and that's just life. Buffalo was good, but sucked because they never won the big one.

  • @AshyKnucks What an absolutely dumb and hurtful comment, fuck off, the Bills were better than most temas ever put together, YOUR team could NEVER make 4 in a row!! Instead of being the USUAL frontrunner type fan, why dont you give a LITTLE credit where its deserved....

  • @Mikey5275 Awww, did I hurt your feelings? I give credit, but I lived in Buffalo for 5 years, and heard every excuse in the book about why the Giants suck, and didn't deserve to win. It's all bullshit. Parcells and Belichick are geniuses of the game who have won a lot, everywhere they coached. Why don't you give credit where it's due asshole?

  • @Mikey5275 Never said a THING about the Giants, so go play in traffic, I hope a Bills Fan hits you!! And btw, the New JERSEY Giants got lucky.... They were beaten except for one kick, and anyone who says otherwise is an idiot........

  • @Mikey5275 You should move to Jersey where obviously if u win a game by a missed field goal at the end, means ur caoching was great....... gimme a effin break, those coaches DID coach a game, but in the end, the Bills shoulve won, end of story, the Ginats didnt do anything spoecial to win it, we GAVE it to them...

  • @Mikey5275 You seem very frustrated why is that? You call us the New Jersey Giants, and yet probably root for the Yankees like most New Yorkers do. So.....that makes very little sense. BTW good luck being the Toronto Bills next year. Man that ought to frustrate you right? Sabres, Bills, U Buffalo the epitome of suck. Watching Patrick Kane win a Stanley Cup a championship in sports BUFFALO WILL NEVER see win the cup? Burns ya doesn't it.

  • Comment removed

  • @ToolOfTrade I could give a damn less about hockey, Giants and YOUR opinion while Im at it! We still are in Buffalo btw, and STILL the only NEW YORK football team. I wasnt being mean to Giants fans in general, only to pricks like ashy and obviously, yourself....

Some of my best friends are Giants fans and we dont have this debate, why?? Because the arent trolls like yourself, have a nice day douche.....

  • @Mikey5275 You mean when THEY MOVE TO TORONTO?? Okay you may play in NY. But you guys are the MOST sad group of fans ever. So whats it like being the bottom feeders of your division? Fitzpatrick isn't Kelly, and Roidhead Merriman isnt Bruce Davis. Sorry pal the 90's are long gone. BTW have fun driving to Toronto to see your precious Bills play. After that they will move to LA. So who will root for you again???? Yeah thats right. Most of Western NY are NY GIANTS FANS.

  • what is the name of the theme song of the missing rings and America's Game?

please tell me if someone knows...tnx

  • Man, I'm a Giants fan but I have mad respect for the Bills.

  • @lhart99 As a Life Long Bills Fan from Buffalo I give props to the Giants in that Game

  • Saddest story ever =P

  • @balravens5255 it really is.

  • @WeArErIsInG They never won a Superbowl right ?

  • @balravens5255 no, they didnt. Its heartbreaking and I hate the bills :P

  • @WeArErIsInG Lol, well they're okay .

  • @balravens5255 oh yeah for shore because colt mccoy will lead them to a superbowl!

if he doesnt get injured :P

  • Lol 4:57

    Damn Primetime got laid out!!!!!!!

  • that knock knock joke was funny...idk why they even put a team in buffalo, probably the worst city that has a nfl franchise...except green bay maybe...

  • @illman300 What is wrong with you? This vid doesn't inspire you? They are the most resiliant team in NFL history! They never gave up! They kept trying. What are you telling me if you failed just once you would crawl in the corner and just give up? What a pessimist! Teams and people like that are considered the good guys in movies, or are you the type that roots for the bad guys and the bullies?

  • @optimusprime6930 lol you flippin my words around, i never said that, but it is kinda funny they lost 4 in a row...but i do root for the bad guys in movies usually...depends on the situation

  • eventhough im an eagles fan, i wish so bad that the bills could have won at least one super bowl, especially super bowl 28 against dallas!

  • I hope the Bills can win a Super Bowl in the future, and give out rings to the former Bills players who lost all 4 of those Super Bowls, and I wonder what will happen first? the Chicago Cubs winning a World Series? or the Buffalo Bills or Buffalo Sabres winning a Super Bowl or Stanley Cup?

  • yeah, it sucks that the Bills never closed to the deal, but Levy did a great job turning around the franchise.. Kelly had a great career, the team put together 4 consecutive conference championships. Bruce Smith built his name there.. & they were probably 2nd or 3rd best team of the early 90s, it's not as tragic as it seems

  • It makes me so sad seeing teams that really deserve the ultimate price of the game they loved that they have played ever since they could carry a football.

Like these bills or the vikings.

    These teams deserve it.

  • Great video. Thanks.

  • Playoff birth after playoff birth with this team. People just think of the 4 straight super bowls but the year before they were in the divisional round and the year before that the afc championship.... exceptional team.

  • I don't think u'll never see that in NFL again. Heck, I bet Eagles fans wish they would make the superbowl more than once. lol

  • @Rucks90

    They've made it twice.

  • In reference of the McNabb-Reid era, I meant.

  • True enough.

  • @Rucks90

"Heck, I bet Eagles fans wish they would make the superbowl more than once. lol"

Oh' actually the Eagles went to the Super Bowl TWICE; 1 against the Raiders, and 2nd against the Patriots.

  • @FREON212 Birth? They aren't having babies come out of their vaginas. It's berth. Learn to speak your own language.

  • @FREON212

I don't like to think of it as 4 Super Bowl losses. I think of it as 4 AFC Championships. I mean that's impressive to make it there 4 times, win or lose.

  • @FREON212 True they were a great team on both sides of the ball. Jim Kelly, Andre Reed, Thurman Thomas, Bruce Smith, Daryl Talley, Cornelius Bennett, etc.. so many all-pro players. Such a shame they never won a super bowl

  • Raiders Gannon Brown Rice 1998 2003

  • anybody know if they r going to make more of these

  • I really hope so. There are so many Missing Ring stories to tell: 1984 Miami Dolphins, 1999 Tennessee Titans / Jacksonville Jaguars, 2002 Philadelphia Eagles. 2005 Seattle Seahawks, amongst others, all outstanding regular season teams with inspiring stories who came up short in the postseason.

  • i agree with all the ones above there but the '02 eagles might be a bit premature cuz they still have mcnabb and reid and are still making the playoffs almost every year

  • They only make America's Game: Missing Rings for franchises that have never won SBs, at least that's the way it's been so far. Although I agree, '84 Dolphins would be a good one, since every player/the head coach are all gone from that team.

'99 Titans would be cool too.

  • that would be cool hey the giants beat the patriots i think miami could have beaten san francisco if we had a running game and a good defense

  • Wow, the QB class of 83, featuring three future Hall of Famers, had only one QB who cooperated with the team that drafted him (Dan Marino). Even then these draft picks were giving teams that select them the middle finger.

  • I think 1993 was the best chance. They had a lead at halftime

  • no other team will ever ever ever ever make it to four in a row

i'm not even a bills fan but these guys are special

  • just think if they had won it four in a row....that would be the best dynasty in the NFL....

  • i think if they had won the first one then that may have given them to confidence to do just that.

  • GGGGGGGGGGGG-MEN

  • :[.....pooooooor jim kelllly go giants!

  • 8:14.

    DAMN! That has to hurt!

  • More like the 1990-1993 Bills...

    Sorry, Buffalo, it must hurt...

My team feels pain right now, too.

But at leat each time we went to the Super Bowl we won- 5 TIMES!

    49ERS!!!

(But those Bills teams were good...)
