This test is quite inaccurate because the 2 people stood too close together. Cabs drive fast to make money & sometimes they just cant stop in time for the the 1st person. Thats the reason why many stopped for the 2nd person. Plus cabs often stop for a few seconds and if the rider is not serious about taking the cab, they go. TIME IS MONEY in this business. THe stupid 1st guy was supposed to walk to the cab in order for the cab to pick that person up. Cab drivers dont care who they pick up.
