    These guys are obviously not a random sample of "black people", but are football players, whom there are no shortage of in that particular sport.

    Pointing it out may not be "racist" necessarily, but it seems like someone who is hyper aware and preoccupied with "blacks". It might be racism or it could be an amorous attraction. But don't try and act is if the comment is some scientific analysis based on any sort of rational or logic.

  • hey joe ive been doing ur skinny bastard 3 program because i look to play competitive football again, maybe d 3 maybe a local minor league team not sure yet, i just graduated h.s., on tuesdays ive been doing the weighted reactive box jumps then going to deadlifts because i just wanted to add those in there, do u think i should do a lotta sets of deadlifts like here then do some or none rdl's,,,,, or should i do the reactive box jumps, like 3 sets of deadlifts and 3 sets of rdls?

  • @Dmain1Event Umm?! I stated "horrible diet/lifestyle..." Yeah they're extremely athletic but they also had the choice to not use those abilities then end up out of shape, lazy and fat. I think they chose otherwise. At the end of the day we're still flesh and blood and we should be in shape. No matter how advanced our technology gets, why would you want to limit your physical abilities? Don't you want people to be mobile n enjoy the world around them? I never said they had to reach this level.

The really awesome sector of the US is the scientists and nerds pushing forward society via technology. These guys cant do shit but lift and jump around like animals. Meanwhile in China kids are working hard on law and engineering, US kids wanted to bash each others heads together in the NFL.

  • @2011hwalker Why you so angry? I didn't say anything about technological breakthroughs. I simply spoke on the fitness levels of mainstream society. Does technology and its pushing forward of society mean we're advanced creatures? We invent some toys and we're superior all of a sudden? Where were the inventions to help save victims of the Katrina Flood? I have nothing against societies technological advances. All these tech advances and there's more health related issues rising.

  • guy at 1:43 has the least knee bend i have ever seen, could definitely benefit from more of a 'quater' squat and add some inches to an already solid box jump

  • @hempfield21 some jumpers are more reactive dominant, some are more strength dominant and need to get further down into the squat for optimal jumping, its actually a good thing that his maximal jumps require that little descent and it also shows he would probably get more out of focusing mainly on strength training vs plyometric/rfd stuff

  • how often do yall get in actual sprint work, not even maximal but just ~20-40 yards (70+% of max effort)? I imagine utilizing tread sled "too much" could mess with mechanics a bit during normal sprinting.. ???
