Band Hero Nintendo DS Setlist & Information

Heyy.

Just so everybody knows, you DO NOT need the Drum Skin-thing to play the drums..

I find it much easier to play on the drums WITHOUT it, but that is my opinion. My brother has the exact same game.. So that is how I know.. Here is the buttons and what colors they are : Up and Left Arrows are GREEN, Down Arrow is RED, B Button is YELLOW, and A and X Buttons are BLUE (Heehee, my favorite color! >w<) .. I hope you find this comment usefull

actually you do, because the ds touch screen doesnt pick up when u hit two different drums at the same time

Yeah, but the drum skin works with the buttons, it's not interconnected (?) with the ds itself, it just provides a specific pad to hit instead of hitting buttons, so you don't NEED it to play drums, but it's nice to have

no, the d.s. can tell when the drum skin is on, and when its not, so yes u do need it, because if it isn't on, it wont let u play the drums. same with the guitar grip. u would only be able to sing.

True, you do need the guitar grip, but you don't need the drum skin to play. Look at Tomahorn's videos. He plays drums without the skin because it's easier. All the skin is is a piece that goes over the ds. In no way does it actually connect to it

The soundtrack is way more exciting, no joss stone or taylor swift or village people or spice girls here !

Props to Vicarious Visions for choosing something way more exicting and challenging to play and creating something as unique and fun as the drum grip.

im looking forward to Crazy Little Thing Called Love the most (I'll be doing a full sightread on that on vid first) and Call Me When Your Sober too. I'm not sure if i will get it when it comes out, depends on if I celebrate my birthday the Sunday before or not (i wanna do it a week early so i can get the money to get this!) and hopefully the price will remain $50 as i saw on google.

The DS set list is not "poppish" at all, even April Lavigne and Pink tracks are more "rock" orientated than Pop and sounds fun to play (more than to listen IMO).

Duran Duran's one is 80's new wave and will add freshness and difference.

Hell even No Doubt song choosen here is vastly superior to the two ND on the console versions !

Anyone hating Harmonix is plain dumb and retard, they are the one who created the whole genre with the first two Guitar Hero and now the Rock Band series NOT Vicarious Vicious or Neversoft IMO...

Lego Rock Band is gonna kick a lot of asses and has better Queen tracks IMO (and a counting crows one , was about time !).
