i use this all the time and i use one tube for the top and the bottom you can do it at least twice a day so it dont cause your gums to be sore i use a q tip to put the solution on my teeth then put the trays in and this helps so it dont get on your gums as bad

i think you got those sore burns because you put too much product or didn't wipe the product when it seeped. i wouldn't know from experience, but my aunt didn't have a problem with the product.. D:

It wasn't really a sore, I don't know how to explain it. It's more of your skin burnt off, like a chemical burn.

ugh girl i know how you feel about the burns! i will never try anything like that again. i did the crest white stripes, i mean they're good but it made my teeth too sensitive.What im using now is Arm & Hammer Advance White Toothpaste which is keeping them white and works great and keeps them white=]
