@MrHav1k Mika and Arsi have retired....Robert was at the 08´ Olympics but didn´t make it to the final...he has had some difficult back problems last couple of seasons, but has now recovered and will hopefully throw 20m+ this year :)

@OuranAlchemist I just couldn't master the Shot Put, I have dropped it, all I seem to get into the throw is my tricep. I now throw Hammer/Discus/ Javelin and Weight Throw, actually getting the hang of it. Competing in 2010 World Masters Championships in Kamloops British Columbia, hoping for the best. Thanks again for the video, maybe I will try it again one day.
